2017 Levantine Hill Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Refined nose with aromas of white peaches, nectarines, pears and dried honey melding into light cashew, nougat and spice notes. Rich peach, ripe nectarine and dried honey flavours have a creamy feel creating a sense of fullness. Lying beneath are complexing elements of cashew, biscuity oak, nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with a balanced freshness. Excellent depth and concentration with a long sophisticated aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
