2017 Lethbridge Menage a Noir Pinot Noir

This fresh Beaujolais styled Pinot has a deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright crimson purple hue. Perfumed aromas of violets, freshly crushed cherries and plum are followed by some dried clove and spice nuances. Very fresh with almost crunchy acidity the palate delivers a flavour profile not dissimilar to a Beaujolais from a warmer vintage. Generous flavours of ripe dark cherries, plum, inky earth, subtle infusions of dried clove and spice. Bright finish with finely grained tannins, concluding with an aftertaste of freshly crushed cherries, plum juice, inky earth and spicy dried clove.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
