2017 Lambrook Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a very light red hue. Fragrant violet scents are tied to ripe cherry and strawberry aromatics with spicy cedar, meaty forest floor like characters and dried herbs following on. Light to medium weight with a very round supple mouthfeel the palate serves up a savoury flavour profile of ripe cherries and spicy strawberries over vanillin cedar, meaty forest floor characters and subtle dried herbs. Silky smooth tannins finishing with a lick of bright acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
