2017 Jim Barry Watervale Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Intensely scented nose with lime, citrus, green apple and orange rind emanating from the glass over talc end notes. The palate has concentrated flavours of lime, citrus and orange rind within a racy mouthfeel over a talc and mineral background. Superb length finishing with crunchy acidity and a long mouth watering aftertaste of lime, citrus, orange rind infusions, talc and mineral.
