Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced ripe pear and dried honey aromas meld with citrus, nougat and wet stone notes. Beautifully rounded pear, citrus and dried honey flavours prevail over a stony mineral back drop. Impressive richness and depth finishing dry. Nicely balanced acidity leads into a brisk lengthy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
