2017 Irvine Spring Hill Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Lifted lime and citrus top notes are followed by orange rind and talc. In tune with all of the other 2017 Rieslings tasted thus far the palate possesses wonderful intensity of flavour with lime and citrus dominant over infusions of orange rind and talc as well as a touch of minerality. Finishes dry with racy acidity and a long lime, citrus, orange rind and talcy mineral aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
