2017 Indigo Beechworth Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light red hue. Aromas of violets overlay ripe cherry, dried meat and forest floor notes with some spicy cedar also evident. Delicious spicy ripe red to dark cherry flavours fill the mouth over some winter strawberries, forest floor characters, dried meats and spicy cedar. Finishes with a lick of fresh acidity and very well integrated finely grained tannins. Good power with a long savoury spicy dark cherry, forest floor, dried meats and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
