Il Marroneto is best known for its complex and delicious traditionally-styled Brunellos, and this Rosso follows suit. A pure aroma of ripe, fresh cherry and strawberry with a touch of vanilla is followed in the mouth by a wave of bright, sweet red fruits. The structure is there but it's delicate, letting the quality of the fruit shine. It lacks the complexity of its bigger brothers but is a delicious alternative for earlier drinking.
