2017 Hirsch Hill Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and ripe nectarines meld together with biscuity oak, dried honey, citrus and subtle cinnamon notes also evident. Elegant, medium bodied and nicely fleshed out on the mid palate, delicate white peach and nectarine fruits mesh with biscuity nougat, citrus and spice. Finishes dry with ample freshness on the medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
