Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh limes and green apples are overlaid by some light fresh herbs notes with subtle flinty mineral nuances also evident. Zippy palate flavours of fresh pears, limes and green apples laced with herbs race across the palate. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and flinty mineral infusions. Aftertaste of green apple, lime, fresh herbs and zesty mineral infusions.
