2017 Hentley Farm Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Elevated red to blackcurrant, mulberry and bay leaf aromas overlay cedary tobacco and spice notes. Medium weight the palate features generous red to blackcurrant and ripe mulberry flavours which meld into earthy tobacco, spicy cedar and bay leaf elements. Very fine grained tannins have a sturdy underbelly. Excellent depth with a long ripe red currant, mulberry tinged with bay leaf, tobacco and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 6-8 years.
