2017 Heathcote Winery Cravens Place Shiraz

Totally opaque dark red black core with a deep dark red hue. Nosing reveals cool climate notes of pepper, graphite, black olives and dried meats with some spicy vanillin cedar end notes. Medium bodied with an elegant trimmed feel the palate has pepper laced cherry flavours which meld into graphite, liquorice, smoked dried meats and spicy vanillin cedar. Finishes dry and quite bright with grainy tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
