2017 Giammarino Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Nosing reveals lifted sour to dark cherry scents intertwined with clove, light mint, some meaty cedar notes and spicy dried herbs. Light in body with a supple feel the palate has flavours of sour and bright red cherries laced with clove and lightly smoked cedar over a spicy dried herb back drop. Finishes dry with lots of fresh acidity providing some crunch and finely grained tannins. Moderate aftertaste.
