2017 Etienne Boileau Montmains Chablis Premier Cru

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green around the rim and a watery hue. Delicate aromas of pear, dried honey and citrus meld with slate and mineral notes. Light in body yet texturally rounded, the palate has an elegant flavour profile of pears, citrus and spicy green apple over a stony mineral back drop. Dry refreshing finish with crisp acidity leading into a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
