2017 Dexter Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Refined aromatics of delicate white peaches, nectarines, citrus, light biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and spice flow from the glass. Very elegant the light to medium bodied palate has a subtle creaminess to the mouthfeel with flavours of white peaches, nectarines and dried honey overlaying cashew, nougat and spice. Clean dry finished with well balanced acidity. Concludes long and elegant with an aftertaste of white peaches, dried honey, cashew, biscuity nougat and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
