2017 Craigie Knowe Estate Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the outskirts. Aromas of lime and granny smith apple are followed by hints of zesty lemon sherbet and flinty mineral notes. Mouthwatering flavours of lime juice, lemon and crunchy green apple have a zippy feel with underlying wet steel and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry with racy acidity providing great structure. Long mineral infused aftertaste of lime, lemon, green apple and wet steel.
