Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Potent passionfruit, lime and green apple aromas jump out of the glass with subtle grassy mineral end notes. Zippy flavours of freshly squeezed lime, passionfruit and granny smith apples dominate the palate underscored by light herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry with zesty mineral infused acidity and a snappy citrus, passionfruit, mineral laden aftertaste. An intensely flavoured Sauvignon Blanc with plenty of mineral zip.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

Other Reviews….
There's a pure, unforced quality about this wine. Less is more, in a way. The bouquet and palate offer the requisite gooseberry and citrus aromas and flavours with a touch of tropical fruit and subtle minerality adding dimension, and the acidity, although fine, is persistent and lingering. Beautifully poised all through and a pleasure to drink. Two trophies under it's belt so far.
