2017 Cannibal Creek Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tint to the edges and a watery hue. Lifted apricot and honeycomb aromas mix with ripe peach, nougat, light lemon butter and traces of spice. Rich and creamy in texture the palate melds together mouthfilling flavours of apricots, ripe peaches, honeycomb, light butterscotch, citrusy nougat, cashew and spice. Finishes clean and dry with good balanced fresh acidity. Long creamy textured conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
