2017 Burn Cottage Moonlight Race Pinot Noir

Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. Perfumed like aromatics of violets, red to dark cherries, strawberries and subtle anise blossom from the glass followed by hints of clove, forest floor, stalky cedar like notes and spice. Delicious red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits are served up on the palate overlaying some anise, forest floor and spicy cedar characters. Supple yet fresh in its feel with good power and polished tannins. Long refined conclusion.
