2017 Bodega Lanzaga LZ

Inky black purple colour with a bright dark purple hue. Inky black cherry and liquorice aromas infused with incense are trailed by some scorched earth and spicy herb notes. Rich and juicy the palate is awash with black raspberry, black cherry and liquorice flavours with underlying elements of scorched earth, incense infusions and spicy dried herbs. Chewy finish with good fresh acidity and firmish tannins. Concludes with a spicy medium to long aftertaste.
