2017 Blind Corner Cabernet

Matured for 12 months in old French oak this is a very savoury and imminently drinkable red.
Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted blackcurrant and mulberry scents gently laced with bay leaf sit over cedary tobacco characters and spice. Rich red and blackcurrant flavours dominate the front half of the medium weighted palate. Notions of mulberry, cedary tobacco characters and dried herbs follow on. Bright but balanced acidity with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe red currants, mulberries, dried herbs and spicy tobacco.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
