2017 Blackbilly Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with distinctive highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach and honeycomb aromas overlay light butterscotch, nougat, toasty oak and spice. Rich, creamy textured flavours of ripe peach, honeycomb and butterscotch are layered across the palate with cashew, nougat and spice elements also present. Soft, rounded finish with a long creamy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
