Brilliant pale straw colour with flecks of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing displays lightly spiced ripe red apple, pear, honeysuckle and quince aromas. Crunchy red apple flavours dominate over pear, musk, light honeysuckle and citrus. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste of red apples, pears, musk, subtle honeysuckle and traces of quince.
