2017 Barringwood Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Nosing reveals spiced red cherry aromas infused with fresh herbs followed by hints of strawberries and subtlety smoked cedar. Light and supple in its mouthfeel but possessing only moderate drive, the palate is flavoured with spicy ripe red cherries and strawberries underscored by lightly toasted cedar and dried herbs. Good fresh acidity and velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of spicy cherries, strawberries, subtlety toasted cedar and dried herbs.
