Close-planted MV6 planted in '84 and '86, vinified separately, one batch whole bunch, the other destemmed, pressed to French hogsheads (20% new), matured for 12 months before blending. The perfumed bouquet of red berries, rose petals and spice leads into a wondrously fine and elegant palate. It is the product of many things, including the great southern Vic '17 vintage. 12.5% Alcohol.
