2017 Babich Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fragrant rosewater, pear and spicy honeysuckle aromas drift from the glass with traces of Turkish delight and musk also present. Possessing a luscious feel the palate is filled with ripe pear and honeysuckle flavours that are tinged with light musk. Finishes off dry with a dash of spice and well managed acidity. Aftertaste of lightly spiced ripe pears, musk, infusions of rosewater and honeysuckle.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
