Black as night in colour with a deep dark purple red hue. Elevated liquorice, dark cherry and plum scents infused with pepper mix with graphite, meaty notes and hints of spicy leather. Medium bodied with a plush feel, rich liquorice and plum fruits are matched against toasty cedar, earth and peppered meats. Polished tannins with a savoury finish marked by subtle notions of graphite.

Other Reviews….
Bright crimson-purple hue; holds its head up in the swells of the '17 shiraz vintage. It's supple, well balanced, varietal, and above all else, captures the way the Hunter Valley and shiraz have wrapped themselves around each other. It's got years to run. Drink by 2037.
