2016 Yves Cuilleron Les Vignes d'a'Cote Syrah

Opaque dark purple black tinged colour with a vibrant dark purple hue. Fragrant aromas of blueberries, dark cherries and liquorice evolve from the glass with notions of earthy incense and spicy dried herbs also evident. Light in body with a fresh elegant feel the palate is flavoured with blueberries, subtle liquorice, light incense and spice. Vibrant youthful acidity on the finish with slightly chalky tannins and a modest aftertaste of blueberries, subtle liquorice, light earthy incense infusions and spice. A light pretty Syrah.
