2016 Yabby Lake Vineyard Single Vineyard Syrah

Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a deep bright dark purple hue. Peppered liquorice and blackberry aromas meld into subtlety smoked vanillin cedar, dried meats and delicate spicy dried herb notes. Medium to full bodied, yet elegant, the palate possesses terrific fruit richness with succulent liquorice and ripe blackberry flavours to the fore. Ensuing are smoky vanillin cedar infusions, some meatiness, dried herbs and pepper. Finishes with a youthful freshness and velvet smooth tannins. Long spicy aftertaste of liquorice, ripe blackberries, blueberries, lightly smoked vanilln cedar, some meatiness and blackpepper.
