2016 Wirra Wirra The Lost Watch Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Intense lime, lemon and orange rind aromas infused with wet steel drift out of the glass followed by flinty mineral notes. The palate has a real steeliness to the austere lemon and lime flavours finishing dry with flinty mineral infusions underpinned by razor sharp acidity. Aftertaste of lemon, lime, wet steel and flinty mineral.
Cellar 6-8 years.
