2016 Wily Trout Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge on the borders. The nose exhibits lime and green apple aromas with a subtle herbaceous grassy overlay ensued by traces of citrus and fresh garden herbs. Light and dry with a rounded pebble stone like textural feel the palate has elegant flavours of limes infused with fresh garden herbs followed by green apple and a light grassiness. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of limes, fresh herbs, green apple and a delicate infusion of grass.
