A blend of 62% Semillon and 38% Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Aromas of passionfruit run into some herbaceous grassy characters and green apple with some faint asparagus and citrusy mineral end notes. Crisp crunchy palate flavours of passionfruit and green apple are overlaid by some herbaceous grassy characters with citrus and flinty mineral following on. Dry refreshing finish with an aftertaste of passionfruit, green apple, herbaceous grassy characters and citrusy mineral.
