2016 Tornatore Etna Bianco

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Zesty lime and green apple top notes are followed by subtle fresh pear nuances and flinty mineral. Light and zippy with a refreshing flinty minerality coursing through its veins, the palate is elegantly flavoured with lime, green apple and delicate fresh lemony herb nuances. Dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of fresh limes, green apples, traces of lemony herbs and flinty mineral.
