2016 Tim Gramp Watervale Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a very distinctive tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted lime juice and green apple aromatics meld into some citrus and orange rind with talc end notes. Refreshing lime juice and green apple flavours fill the palate with underlying tangy lemon and mineral. Crunchy acid finish. Aftertaste of lime juice, green apples, lemon and stony mineral.
Cellar 6-8 years.
