2016 The Hidden Sea Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe peach, tropical fruit and citrus aromas meld with hints of honeycomb and spice. Medium bodied and for the most part fruit driven, the palate dishes up flavours of ripe peaches and tropical fruits draped in honeycomb with traces of spicy toast on the finish. Good balanced fresh acidity with a peach, tropical fruit, light honeycomb and spicy toast aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
