2016 Tenuta Montanello Dolcetto d'Alba

Bright purple red heart with black tinged edges and a purple red hue. Ripe cherry aromas intermix with traces of rose petal, inky earth notes, hints of incense and dried herbs. Light in body with fresh acidity and dry, dusty tannins the palate dishes up flavours of crunchy red cherries, elements of inky earth, dried herbs and spice. Dryish finish with an aftertaste of spicy red cherries, earth and dried herbs.
