Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts. Aromas of lime and citrus lead the charge with orange rind, green apple and talc also present. Vibrant and concentrated the palate dishes up mouth watering flavours of lime and citrus with subtle orange infusions over talc and mineral. Clean crisp acid finish with a long aftertaste of limes, citrus, orange infusions and talcy mineral. Another exemplary Riesling from Skillogalee.
