Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of tropical fruits, green apples and limes with light spice end notes. Fresh but simple the palate has flavours of tropical fruits, pears and citrus with a dash of spice also present on the crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruits, citrus and hints of spice.
