2016 Seville Estate The Barber Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach aromas laced with dried honey characters are overlaid by toasty oak with cashew and spicy nougat end notes. Texturally full, spicy and possessing excellent concentration the palate dishes up generous flavours of peaches, dried honey and toasty oak with a dry spicy finish and zesty acidity. Aftertaste of ripe peaches, dried honey and spicy toasted oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
