2016 Schieferkopf Riesling Trocken Sec

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of lemon and lime infused with wet steel are trailed by light toast and spice. Nicely textured yet brisk and fresh the palate is filled with lime, green apple and citrus flavours which sit over a bed of wet steel, subtle orange rind and mineral. Dry steely finish with crunchy acidity and a long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
