Other Reviews…
15% whole bunches placed at the base of small open fermenters, crushed fruit on top, wild-fermented with daily hand plunging, matured for 12 months in used French oak. Bright hue for age; very good fruit depth, a red cherry, blueberry and damson plum trio, oak and tannins in a pure support role. Has its whole life in front of it. Drink by 2029.
