2016 Roaring Meg Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy top notes intermix with asparagus and citrus and citrus followed by dried herb infusions and light spice. Possessing a rounded mouthfeel with relatively soft acidity the palate has flavours of grassy characters, dried herbs, herbaceous asparagus and some spicy capsicum. Dry finish with an aftertaste of grassy asparagus characters, dried herbs, citrus and spicy capsicum.
