Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinged outskirts and watery hue. Freshly squeezed lime, pear and orange rind aromas are trailed by citrus, subtle notes of wet stone and mineral. Light and zippy the palate has flavours of lime and red apples over subtle orange blossom infusions and mineral. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste of lime, red apple, subtle orange blossom infusions and mineral.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
