Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a bright dark purple hue. Inky dark cherry, blackberry and liquorice aromas intermix with some earthy incense like notes and spice. Juicy palate flavours of ripe dark cherries, blackberries and liquorice run into some inky earth and spice. The finish dry with slightly chalky tannins giving the back palate a grippy feel. Bright acidity with an aftertaste of inky liquorice, blackberries, earth and spice.
