2016 Plantagenet Angevin Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime and citrus top notes overlay green apple and steely mineral. The dry tightly wound palate is dominated by flavours of lime juice with citrus, green apple, infusions of wet steel and mineral also chiming in. Finishes with crunchy acidity and an aftertaste of lime juice, citrus, green apples and wet steel.
