2016 Ortus Riesling

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime and citrus are overlaid by oily toast and kerosene like notes followed by a hint of spice. Amply concentrated the palate has flavours of lime and citrus infused with toasty kerosene characters that are quite well rounded. Light dried honey and spice nuances are also present. Clean dry finish with nicely balanced acidity and a long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
