Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Herbaceous aromatics of gooseberries, grassy asparagus characters, citrus and fresh herbs. Displaying good intensity the palate features flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus, flashes of passionfruit, grassy asparagus characters and dried herbs. Finishes very dry with refreshing acidity and an aftertaste of citrus, gooseberries, passionfruit, herbaceous grassy characters and dried herbs.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
