2016 Mountadam Vineyards Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Lifted aromas of ripe pear, Jonathan apple and honeysuckle with traces of lychee and musk also present. Lively palate flavours of fresh pears and apples are followed by some honeysuckle, musk and citrus. Crisp acidity on the finish with an aftertaste of pears, musk, honeysuckle and citrus.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
