2016 Mountadam Five-Fifty Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant intermix with hints of chocolate bullets, vanillin cedar, light tobacco and spice. Medium to full bodied with a generous mouthfeel, rich blackcurrant flavours dominate over traces of liquorice, vanillin cedar, light tobacco and spice. Excellent tannin integration, velvet like in their feel. Long ripe blackcurrant, subtle liquorice, vanillin cedar, traces of earthy tobacco and spice conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
