2016 Moss Brothers Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of herbaceous gooseberries intermix with grassy characters and asparagus with citrus and light pencil shaving end notes. Nicely textured and displaying good intensity the palate features flavours of gooseberries that interact with grassy asparagus characters and citrus over a back drop of dried herbs and light pencil shavings. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of gooseberries, grassy asparagus characters, citrus, dry herbs and subtle pencil shavings.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
